Products & Ingredients

Are there any allergens in your products?

All of our products are made in our very small kitchen where we use wheat, rye, spelt, tree nuts, sesame seeds, dairy and eggs.

There are likely traces of these in our products.

Orders

How far in advance should I place an order?
You can place an order before 3pm for next day delivery .

How do I know if my order has been successful?
You should receive a notification that your order is processing or complete. Our system allows one hour for the payment to come through. If there is an issue with the payment, after one hour the order will be cancelled. Please contact us if this is the case, or if you don’t receive any email notifications.

I’m not receiving email notifications about my order status.
There are many layers the email has to go through to get to you. One cause could be that your email provider has a spam blocker that classified our emails as spam and stopped them. Please check your spam folder and also add the following email addresses to your list of contacts or mark them as not spam: order@loaferbread.com and hello@loaferbread.com.

My order was cancelled for no apparent reason.
Our system allows one hour for the payment to come through. If there is an issue with the payment, after one hour the order will be cancelled. Please contact us if this is the case.

Can I order over the phone or via email?
We would prefer you to order via the website, if possible, so that we have all of the orders in one place. If you have a special request or are unable to place your order, then please send us an email to order@loaferbread.com.  

Can I add, change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and items have been paid for, the order is final and you cannot make any changes. If you need to contact us regarding an order you have just placed, contact us straight away, referencing your order number, and we will get back to you ASAP.

Delivery

Can I pickup?

Yes! Local pickup is available at the shop for all orders.

Can I have delivery?

Our minimum order for delivery is $30

There is a $5 delivery fee for orders from $30 – $50

Free shipping is available on orders over $50.

 

Where do you deliver?
Delivery is available to the following areas only:

 

  • 3068, Clifton Hill, Fitzroy North
  • 3057, Brunswick East
  • 3054, Carlton North, Princes Hill
  • 3070, Northcote

 

When do you deliver?
We deliver on Wednesdays and Saturdays between 8.30 and 11.30am.

 If you would like to have your order delivered please choose one of these days.

Are all items available for delivery?
No sorry, we can’t deliver hot food or food that is regarded as potentially risky.

Items that can’t be delivered are labeled local pick up only.

Payment

I have a promo code. Where do I enter it?
When you reach checkout, at the top of the form, there is a field that asks if you have a coupon or promo code. Once entered the discount will be applied to the order total.

The credit card payment form (Simple Commerce) seems to be broken and I cannot pay for my order.
Unfortunately, if you are using Chrome on an iPhone or iPad, you may have issues with the payment gateway system we use. We have the issue logged with our provider, but in the meantime, please use the Safari browser on these devices.

What forms of payment do you use?
We accept Debit Cards, Visa and MasterCard.

My Account

Do I need to create an account?
You can place an order without creating an account. An account can be beneficial, however, if you make regular orders and do not want to re enter your details. We have a strict privacy policy regarding your data. Any concerns about this, please contact us.
